Shipping Information

Due to current European packaging and compliance requirements, we are currently only able to ship to a selected number of countries.

We currently ship to Germany, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

All orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and can be found below.

Orders are usually dispatched on the same or next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@foundly-business.com before placing your order. We will be happy to check whether shipping to your destination can be arranged.

Returns 
Returns must be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/unclear address or failure to pick it up in time, we will refund the order upon arrival of the return.

However, a handling and freight fee of €9.90 will be deducted. Unclaimed shipments are not eligible for cancellation.

All shipping addresses should be written in English without accent marks on letters. If an incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.
