Shipping Information

Shipping of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. The shipping is climate neutral by DHL.

The respective shipping costs can be found below. Orders are usually shipped the same or next day, except weekends and business holidays.

If you would like to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail at support@foundly-business.com before placing an order. Please state the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if delivery to the desired address is possible, we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

Shipping within Germany

We ship with DHL, which charges a €4.90 fee for your order. If your order totals €75 or more, shipping is on us :)

The delivery time from the moment of shipping is 3-6 business days. Returns must be sent back to us with sufficient postage at the buyer's expense.

If for any reason you do not pick up your package on time, or the address you provided is incorrect or unclear and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order upon receipt of the return. However, we will reduce the freight and handling costs incurred by us by €9.90. Unclaimed packages do not have the right to cancellation.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

Within the EU

We use DHL for shipping within the EU. DHL charges a shipping fee of €12.90 for your order. If your order totals €125 or more, shipping is on us. Returns must be sent back to us with sufficient postage at the buyer's expense.

Worldwide

We use DHL for worldwide shipping. DHL charges a €24.90 fee for your order. If your order totals €200 or more, shipping is on us :) Returns must be sent back to us with sufficient postage at the buyer's expense.

Note: We currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, North Korea, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Syria, and Yemen. All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.

All shipping addresses should be written in English without accent marks on letters. If an incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.
